1st Crew Meeting

Provisioning Crew Meeting

Final Crew Meeting

To help our week in Grenada feel smooth, organized, and more relaxed once we arrive, we’ll have 3 virtual crew meetings via Google Meet before departure. These meetings are designed to answer questions early, coordinate logistics, and help everyone arrive feeling prepared and connected.

Meeting 1: Kickoff + Introductions + Planning (Bring your calendar!)

This is our official start to trip planning. We’ll meet each other, talk through the overall trip flow, discuss expectations, and schedule our remaining two crew meetings. We’ll also review important upcoming tasks and timelines.

Meeting 2: Provisioning Session

This meeting is dedicated entirely to food, drinks, and onboard provisioning. By this point, everyone will have completed their provisioning preferences form, and the crew will have access to a summary of responses. Together we’ll discuss preferences, dietary considerations, meal ideas, shopping strategy, and divide responsibilities so provisioning feels collaborative—not overwhelming.

Meeting 3: Final Logistics + Travel Plans + Q&A

Our last meeting focuses on final details before departure. We’ll review arrival plans, transportation, embarkation day expectations, packing reminders, communication plans, and answer any remaining questions so everyone feels ready to step onboard with confidence.

These meetings are one of the ways we turn a group of individuals into a crew before we ever leave the dock.
