Your safety, comfort, and growth are our top priorities on this trip. We want every student to feel confident, supported, and able to focus on learning, exploring, and enjoying the experience.
Who to Go To
- Your Boat Captain: For any questions, concerns, or emergencies — your first point of contact.
- Group Check-ins: We’ll have daily briefings and open moments to share questions, ideas, or feedback.
No question is too small — if something feels off, speak up immediately.
Medical & Health Reminders
- Keep your personal medications accessible and let the trip lead know of any medical conditions.
- Seasickness remedies are highly recommended if you are prone to motion sickness.
- Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and let the crew know if you feel unwell at any time.
Support Onboard
- Learning is hands-on, guided, and collaborative — no one is expected to know everything.
- Your Boat Captain will demonstrate, coach, and provide feedback at a pace that allows everyone to build confidence.
- If you need a break or extra support, speak up — we’ll adjust roles and pace to help you succeed.
Our Group Agreements
To create a positive and safe learning environment, we follow these simple principles:
- Respect: Listen actively, honor personal boundaries, and value each person’s contributions.
- Communication: Speak clearly, ask questions, and share concerns in a timely, constructive way.
